I think some said that last year's recruiting class doesn't happen often too.
As long as the One and Done rule applies, the college game will continue to show more and more parity. The college game has suffered and declined over the past 10 years. As long as this rule stays in place and the astronomical amount of money at the next level us given out, then the Florida team that won it back to back with Juniors then the same returning as seniors is OVER. The Kentucky team if last year was better than this year's team but this year's team went a step farther in the NCAA and for not a couple of free throws or a timely 3 and theyv could have been playing for the title. The point is an upper clansman dominate team is no where to be found. A far superior talented young team is just as good as an extremely talented older team. Teams like Kentucky that keep getting the McDonalds All Americans for one year at a time will always have a shot at the final four and may luck up and win one but more often the Elite 8 is the end if the road, give or take a round
This years team wasn't quite as young as last years....last year they started 3 freshman a sophomore and a junior....this year we started 2 freshman 2 juniors and a senior....Look back at the teams that have won it all over the last 10 years and show me a team that was dominated by freshman....Carmello Anthony for Syracuse was the only team I can recall that had a freshman as its best player
