That stinks, but is very true. You can't leave any vehicle parked on the boat ramp, it is illegal. Boat ramps are for loading and unloading boats, and that's it. I can't believe someone would back their boat into the water, and just park the whole rig there! I'd be calling someone about that.

So does that mean it is illegal to park your trailer in the water on a ramp if you are by yourself and have to walk to a dock to get your boat?

I found out The game warden stops by all the time but never says anything to any one. They know the game warden..
Is it legal to fish on the boat ramp? Is it legal to park your auto with boat and trailer on a boat ramp and fish from the boat?
LMAO!!!!! One of these days I am going to just sit back with a video camera and try to catch some of this stuff on camera. I can't imagine anyone doing that but I would have been amused by it if I saw it in person.....as long as I was already in the water!
My conversation would go something like this..."Ya catchin them all?" "You got ya a good spot there"

-rich
come on jan. Not boat a on the lake and room to launch another boat . Thats all right i charged them 200.00 to remove a nest of honey bees from the camp site . ( 2 min. Job ):d
Couldn't count the number of times I had their fishing line line tangle in my trolling motor. I use trolling motor while my motor warms up to get clear so other boats can launch.

I think its silly too....what kind of traffic are you going to encounter at a ramp in Jan...really. But, rules is rules I guess....they don't care.

You guy's have not figured out why he does this have you? He has secret compartment in his boat that he puts illegal fish in. There under the seats. It's a 16 foot tri hull. He hollowed out the floor under his seats and puts coolers under there full of ice to keep all the illegal fish in. They go out and catch fish all night and they don't throw nothing back..He has no size or creel limit
Dont know if there is any truth in it but I had a buddy say they were slayin em on the boat ramp when the water was up real high. They were throwing live crawdads on the ramp and they were getting hammered. Maybe this is the hidden gem that was in front of me the whole time. Who would have thunked it?
