Did KDFWR actually spend $3,400 or was that just a value of the items that were donated for bookkeeping purposes?

Attendance at the Bats game has been low so far this year.....those tickets are probably seats that were going to be empty anyways, so by giving them away they might sell a few more hotdogs and beer than they would have otherwise.
Bingo. I doubt seriously that the Bats would even change the package. They probably have package levels and the next one down might only be a sign deal. The Bats aren't going to set up a bunch of different sponsors with a bunch of different levels. If you really want to be seen there, you probably have to go with a package that included the suite. Remember, the Bats are wanting to get sponsors AND move seats. This kills two birds..
