Re: A different catfish question
has anyone caught any big cats, at the falls in louisville. after the chemical spill last week. my biggest cat, was caught on a big bluegill about 9" long hooked through the big hump on it's back. with a #8 circle hook. used a sharp pocket knife, and slit it right under the tail. about 2" deep. that way it leaves a good scent trail as you drift.

Re: A different catfish question
I used whole live bluegill on limb lines at Barren one night, kept me busy all night. They weren't as big as what these guys are using in the Ohio river, but still fun, seems to work better on Flatheads and Blues than Channels though.
