Kentucky no limit, OH is 2, TN 3 and Indiana is 3 only pertains to how many being used to fish per person at one time in the water, does not apply to how many in the boat.
Keep in mind its per person being used not the boat limit.

Uhhhh, Justin .... Sorry, but you're wrong on TN regs about rod limits - according to this : http://www.tnfish.org/FrequentlyAskedQuestionsFAQ_TWRA/FrequentlyAskedQuestions_TWRA.htm ... there's no limit on "most" Tn waters, with the exception of some waters & species.
... pappy
pappy, yep you are correct I was always told 3 rods when fishing Dale Hollow so I assumed it was all of TN but I guess it only pertains to Walleye fishing not even all species.
