I was at a bridge construction site way back in the sticks today in Harrison Co. IN near Corydon. There's a guy that likes to stop and chat throughout the day while he's on his adventures....today he showed us a bag full of morels, maybe about 30 or so really good sized ones, then came back by a few hours later to tell us that the smallmouth are really biting and we should quit working and go fishing!
I'm taking my fishing rod with me tomorrow... :)

I carry one in my truck at all times for this exact reason. You just never know when or where the fish will be biting.

I take mine alot this time of year. Have been known to tow my Atv to Harlan while doing service out there!!!

Next time through ask him where he's catching those smallmouths I'd be curious as to what he has to say...........
