That's a dang nice mess of fish Tyme...don't forget, in addition to this "before" picture we also need to see an "after" picture showing us what they look like on the dinner table with all the fixins' :)

You'll have to wait until September for those pics as I'm taking the fish to Ohio for a buddy's annual party.
Somehow,I've been locked in to cooking fish for this annual soiree. The guests love my beer battered catfish nuggets. This catch will go a long way toward frying up a mess of nuggets.
