Try dragging a steelhead in, especially one over 10 pounds. Of course with a 6 ft rod and 20 pound test line, nothing fights.

I would welcome it. Nothing blows up Smallmouth and largeheads more than trout. Trout is food for real fish, lol....

Seriously? You think smallmouth guys want trout gone? Have you ever been to Dale Hollow compared to other smallmouth fisheries that don't have trout? Those of us who enjoy chasing them ol' brownfish pray that our local reservoirs become infested with smallmouth bait, I mean trout
