I've waited to respond as I felt happy Hospital juice was doing some typing. Don't give up brother, this to can be beat. Your family does not want you thinking in that manner.

No way I can understand well enough to say much except I wish you the best. A lot of people are pulling and praying for you man, and that can't hurt things a bit.

Tick tick tick tick sitting here watching the clock go round and round. My surgeon comes in and says there is a ray of hope that surgery can be avoided. It seems all these blood cultures and samples they have been taking all week finally did some good. The blood that was taken this morning showed the bacteria levels had leveled off, even improved by a micro-millimeter. They took more samples this afternoon. Doc says as long as they dont decline then we will continue dumping $2700 bags of Tigecycline into my veins. Cutoff on the number of bags that I can use without damaging my liver or kidneys is thru Monday. At least it is not surgery, for now. I have no problem letting somebody else be the scalpel cushion for the next couple of days.

Prayers and positive thoughts sent to you. I hope the medication works and no more surgeries for you. You are a very strong man to have gone thru all this. I really dont know how you have done it but faith in God has pulled thru. Please dont ever lose faith in Him.
Any update ? I really don't know elnut but my heart goes out to him and his family. Seen his postings now for several years and really hope he pulls through all of this and things get better for him and his family.
