Not to get sentimental, but I am looking forward to my spring fishing trip to Barkley with my big brother who battled colon cancer and all that goes with it last year. My dad is also going. Won't be many trips left for all of us together and never realized that more than now!
Dude that lake is stupid good until you go and experience it there are no words to really describe it. Seriously a good smallmouth fisherman in this state almost finds it to easy up there. I was told that by several guys and a few off of this site and then I went and guess what they weren't kidding.
I am counting the days down until we leave, lol....
Kind of line Quetico..........
I've had back to back to back 100 fish days up there. The average this past spring was a little short of that, but we still had 60-70 fish days.......
I really need to make that trip. I consider myself a smallmouth junkie, but rarely fish for them anywhere except the Ohio. And before you laugh, I've had some darn good days on the Ohio!

Best wishes sent Bro.................
Thanks a bunch! He's currently doing well, but... Never know...We are dragging our campers down this year so it will be even more enjoyable. Can't wait!
