Nolin is about 20 miles south of Leitchfield KY.
Lietchfield is at the 103 mile marker of the Western KY Parkway.
I was by there on Friday. The water was still way up, courtsey docks were under water. However, the guy working there at the campground said they were pulling the lake 1.5 feet per day trying to get it back down. Water still looked very clear, but some have suggested it should be turning over... saw no evidence of that. I was at the Moutideier ramp, and they do have cabins there.
Hope this helps.

THANKS. Have they had an extra ordinary rainfall there? I've been hearing where those lakes have been getting drawn down for the season?\\
Right now, I've kinda narrowed it to Dale Hollow, Nolin, or Ohio
River Rocky Point. I'm going to make a decision in the next 24 hrs.
Further input? suggestions?
Thanks for all the info so far.
Yes... lots of rainfall. We got anywhere from 8-10 inches last week, and the week before got about 3-6 inches.
I'm thinking of possibly fishing there on Wednesday. If I do, I'll post a report on the KY page.

Boggs lake is in Loggotee Indiana is good.
took 26lbs in a 6 fish limit to win early this year.
that tourney was won by Ingle and Ingle a farther & Son team from the Jasper area. just a thought. I would have the weigh in at the restaruant over looking the lake so you don't have to pay the $100 tournament charge that they try to enforce.
Skeeter, good recommendation on the lake....bad recommendation on trying to avoid the fee. That's not right sir. Any respectable club will honor any fee's or dues necessary to hold their tourney on any body of water. Just my .02 cents.
