i plan on being there on the 13th and if my partner doesnt make it, i will have an empty seat if soemone needs a ride.
HEY TR21X
I would like to have a shot at your empy seat if it is still open. Right now I have a broken sun gear in the transmission in my truck. I am suppose to drop it off this friday Apr 28 to get it fixed. It will probbally be around May 3-4 before they get it overhauled and put back in. It will be back on the road before the 13th but I need to take it easy on it for a few days after the overhaul. It is a 120 mile round trip from my house to Barren and I dont want to pull that far until I get it broke in. I have been to the last two get togethers and don't want to miss this one.
R19 Boater without a tow vehicle so...I guess that makes me a non boater LOL
Okay folks, now that we've decided on the 13th.
What time does everyone want to git started?
GITERDONE!!!

I'd like to keep the big fish tournament short, no more than 4 or 5 hours. Say 7 am to 12 pm CST? That'll give us plenty of time for the cook out and gathering, which is really what this is about.
Danny
I can go for a 7 - noon Big Fish Tournament. Then go have a cookout and enjoy the company that shows.
I'm guessing it will be at the same ramp as year one, Pennisula Boat Dock.
Did we decide to make the entry $20 per person ?
TO:R19
You are welcome to my extra seat if my partner has to work. He will not know until Sunday I will post you back.Seven until noon will be fine with me to.
LAST EDITED ON Apr-26-06 AT 09:00PM (EST)[p]Thanks for the offer TR21X. I understand that your partner comes first. Keep me posted on whether he will be able to make it or not. Not having a tow vehicle is driving (driving LOL) me crazy. This evening after I ate dinner I felt like a crack head that has not had a hit for a week so since I am only 5 minutes from Green River Lake I loaded two rods into the car and went to the lake to fish from the bank. I knew where there was two coves that I could walk the bank and fish and after this afternoon I am starting to think I need to bank fish more often. I had 7 bites 4 of them were keepers and the most amazing part was my biggest fish this year and close to the biggest fish I have ever cought from GRL was a nice female that was a estimated 21" and 5-3/4 - 6 pounds. If I was in the boat I would have had a ruler and a camera but I never thought I would need it from the bank LOL.
See what you missed out on Robert I called you Monday night trying to get you to go but you never returned my call. Quit reading all my replys and get back to work.

Hey R19, if I'm able to make it, you're more than welcome to fish with me out of my sled. I'll know shortly whether I'm committed to something else that day.
Is this a big fish only again this year & how much a person this year i forget what it was last year and what everyone needs to brings
LAST EDITED ON Apr-29-06 AT 10:02AM (EST)[p] It is a big fish tournament and is 20.00 per person so if your partner is going he will need 20.00 also. We have to de-thrown the old man this year.
