Re: Missouri trying to take advantage of Cumberland situation
Can our lake sue their lake?
Defamation of "charac-water".
If suit was successful, could Cumberland damages settelement include 20 feet more water to be paid in equal increments over a period of months?
Why can't the Cumberland Bass file suit for lost wages and unemployement if now inactivated by fisherman who read, heed, and go west. This sounds to me like the Bass of C-land would have damages coming for neglect, or at a minimum "intentional inference with life-style".
I'm goona go half way between the 2 lakes on the most traveled route between them and open up a trailer tire store.....on teh back of every purchase receipt will be the cheery words "Your tires would have lasted longer if you hadn't trailered this far".
