Any basis for your ridiculous claim, or is this just more partisian bashing based on no evidence? Reports that I have heard and read have all reported that Obama gave the commander the authority to make the descision based on what he thought was appropriate. I have also heard no appologies, just comments that praised the SEAL's actions.

WHO gives a CRAP................I'd do the same thing here for all the THUG kids that carjack cars, or boost radios, or break into houses...............WHATEVER.

put a bullet in their head........much better than a jail sentence.

100 years ago, if you stole someones HORSE, they HUNG you from a tree. Steal a car, they practically give you keys to the NEXT ONE.

Here in America, though, we believe in jury trials.

And even if you have a jury trial, the penalty for stealing or kidnapping is not death.

I guess if you're in favor of the death penalty for car stealing (without a trial, even), it's time for you to lobby someone to make that happen.

I'm for being TOUGH on crime...........not this mamby-pamby, feel good LOVEFEST version of being tough..........

AND yes, I do believe in the death penalty..........

I want justice to be fair, swift, and to the point..........AND if found guilty, and your crime is a SERIOUS crime........maybe not carjacking, but Rape, Murder, Kidnapping, Armed robbery with a deadly weapon...........the you get 1 appeal, maybe 2, and then if still guilty...........OFF to the CHAIR.......

We've gotten way too soft on crime..........Don't you think if there was a SERIOUS price to be paid for carjacking, people would stop doing it.........

I'm all for being tough on crime too (although I don't believe in the death penalty), but you said we should shoot people for car-jacking so I called you out on the punishment plus no jury trial.

Since you've now recanted, I agree with you on everything but the death penalty.
