I was thinking I read somewhere that you can't get a litter with all three colors. Yellow and Blacks can be mixed in the litter but chocolates are always the color all the entire litter? Is that right?
I know like you guys have had is common but I guess I'm thinking chocolates are pretty unique in this respect?
It all depends on the genes. Our one female had just all chocolates. While the other had yellows and chocolates, you can get yellows from blacks and blacks from yellows. You can get chocolates from blacks or yellows and vice-versa. It all depends on what color genes the parents carry. But if both parents are yellow, the puppies are always yellow, never black or chocolate, if both parents are chocolate, you can get yellow or chocolate puppies but never black ones.
Blacks are the most common followed by the yellow and then the chocolate.

That's wild huh? I never realized it worked like that. I would have a tough time getting rid of any puppies. :) Thanks
Why "some" men have dog's instead of wive's (I guess).
1. The later you are the more excited your dog is to see you.
2. Dog's don't notice if you mistakenly call them by another dog's name.
3. Dog's like it if you leave a lot of things on the floor.
4. A dog's parents never visit.
5. Dog's agree that sometimes you have to raise your voice to get your point across.
6. You never have to wait for a dog, they're ready to go 24/7.
7. Dog's find you amusing when you've had a bit to much to drink.
8. Dog's like to go hunting and fishing.
9. A dog will not wake you up at night and ask: "If I died, would you get another dog?"
10. If a dog has babies you can place an ad in the paper and give them away.
11. A dog will let you put a studded collar on it without calling you a pervert.
12. If your dog smells that you've been around another dog it doesn't get upset, it just finds it interesting.
13. If your dog leaves it won't take half your stuff.
Dang that number 13 hurt my feelings! Well I can say that statement isn't true cause my exwife being of the female gender and female dogs are called...... The so and so took half my stuff.:p
