Re: Toyota recall
Toyota has more problems...now the Prius has brake problems. Sometimes when it rains it pours....
Didn't know a Prius had brakes, I thought you just drag your feet to stop. Hey, is it true that in a Prius, if you put you'e hand out the window, the car will turn that way?

Re: Toyota recall
At the dealer auction today in lex no newer toyotas auctioned. Well one Tundra went thru on a wrecker. The rest were older cars and a couple trucks. Makes you wonder what will happen after the ban is lifted.

Re: Toyota recall
Toyota will be back with a vengence. They will want to move vehicles quickly and I figure prices will be reduced or other incentives to do just that. I'm not in the market for a new vehicle but I feel that anyone who is and likes Toyotas will benefit.

Re: Toyota recall
Most likely this will just be a minor set back. Sort of a growing pains kind of thing. A few years from now, most folks won't even remember it. Sort of like Fords blowing up in rear end collisions years ago (remember the Pinto?).

That was a joke ;) Glad to see that Don got it.

Re: Toyota recall
Yep... I also remember the firestone versus ford battle and the old GM pick ups that had the gas tanks that would explode on side impacts.
