Re: Proposed Obama reg to be discussed on Radio
I don't mind being out numbered on this board. I know the real numbers out there and I think you all do too..that's why your all tore up that Sarah and the "Maverick" didn't get elected....And by the way don't talk about spending money when Bush spent 10 billion a week on a war that he lied about and cost many young people their lives...Everyone knew including Bush that Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11....If Bush hadn't been in office 9-11 would have never happened...You guys forget it took Bush 8 years to completely destroy the US economy...Why not give Obama at least a couple years to get it straightened out???? Get used to the left and stop whining...They'll be there a while and this country will not fail like you all hope it will!!!!!
How did Bush destroy the economy? Just a few facts would be nice. He had 6 years of good and 2 years down. When did the Dems control Congress?
Blaming Bush for 9-11? LOL wow! How did that happen?
I don't know of anyone who want the country to fail do you? Why would you say that? Your following the typical lib banter.. accusations, deflections and no real grasp of the facts.
Watch this if you can. Pretty much sums up the real "change" we are hunting for!

Re: Proposed Obama reg to be discussed on Radio
Yes by the way I do know someone who said "I hope the president fails", which is the same thing as saying he wants America to fail....your hero Rush "Drug Addict" Limbaugh. It's you who needs to get a hold of reality. We have a president who was put there by the majority and should be supported and if all Republicans have is hate and paranoia and disagreement on every single issue then they should find a place to live in Canada or Russia or someplace. The American people are sick and tired of knowing whatever our President tries to do the right wing radicals are going to fight him even if they really know he is right on something. Most of this hate and paranoia exhibited today by the republican party is pure and simple racism. They cannot handle the fact that we have an African American president. I am not black but I do know that the people of color in this country have more than paid their dues when it comes to being discriminated against. It's very sad that there are still people in this country who want to live in the sixties. There are literally thousands of union construction workers (including myself) in my area who are very thankful for our presidents desire to put money into road work and infrastructure. Unemployment would be much worse otherwise. Republicans disagree with providing construction jobs. One even said construction jobs "don't count" when it comes to unemployment figures because they are not "permanent" jobs. How ignorant is that? I am unaware of anyone in big union construction who does not support this administration and it's efforts to improve infrastructure. I know people are saying "construction" is not everything, but without good roads and bridges things will get much worse in a hurry. We got out of the Great Depression in the thirties mostly due to construction projects. Republicans only care about the well off in this country and complain constantly about rising taxes. I am middle income and my taxes haven't risen at all, as a matter of fact my property taxes went down some. Rich people should'nt get all the tax breaks any more, Reagans"trickle down" economics has been proven to not work.. The last president who had the economy clicking and the deficit paid off was Bill Clinton.. that is a fact, not some partisan comment..before saying "get a grasp of the facts" Please do some research on who really got America where it is today....

I think this has gone on long enough--I am locking the thread so everyone can go fishing.
