Slongs in phantom color, or last cast in green pumpkin.
Im diggin the legal limit lures, is there a way to buy from him in person instead of having him ship them all of 5 miles in teh mail?
Yea, you can just call him, and he doesnt mind if you swing bye his house and pick them up. I pick mine up, because I live right down the road from him. So give him a call, sure he doesnt mind at all!
You guys should check out Hook Some Bass jigs. I know they have won two of my last few tournaments. Marty Mullins is the guy to call. He will send you whatever you want color wise. PM me for a number - not sure he wants it on the internet.
Cumberland Pro......... Check out the Procaster and the HD jig. Brian makes the best jigs on the market, period.

That Cumberland Pro whooped that Slongs last weekend at the Battle of the Bluegrass. It's funny how appropriately named Barren Craw is...
I've used D&L for the last 7 years. Love them.

Agreed 100%. The quality of the Legal Limit Lures jigs and Slongs jigs are incredible compared to the store bought jigs like the enticers. I used to fish the enticers but havent bought a single one since I started using these two brands.
d&l jigs all of the way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still have yet to find anything that outproduces Last Cast green pumpkin and Slongs phantom on Ky lake and Barkley. I will have to check out the barren craw though - never fished those.
You cant beat a cumberland craw color. I enjoy throwing strike king jigs but mainly B&L lures, they make a fantastic jig that is durable and will gurantee fish. Just go with like you said a black and blue, green pumpkin, and also throw craw colors like tennessee craw and cumberland craw. Just pitch jigs into cover and drag out slowly and it should produce fish.
like the b&l..but my favorite is d&l tackle's advantage jig in c-land craw color
Until I started making my own, Dave Stewart turned me onto Last Cast finesse jigs. I also like the Eakins jigs. I patterned the ones I make after both of those and throw either Green Pumpkin or Missouri Craw.
