Ultimate Match Fishing.. I think it's great to see two pro's in the same boat fishing against each other and having a good time.
X2!!
Anymore this is the only show I DVR, I can't stand to miss an episode but I am real curious about the upcoming show Denny and Chad Brauer are going to have that is a long the same lines as UMF.
I love the old Bassmasters and I still watch them a couple times a week using Bass Insider!! I also used to love the "Schooled By Denny Brauer" should have been named "Punked by Denny Brauer" it was hilarious as to how he critiqued guys!!!

Re: Fishing on TV
earlier in this thread I mentioned that one of my favorite shows is "Ship Shape TV". Well, if you'd been waching this morning's program you would have learned about the most common mistake we all are probable guitly of and that's not using the proper "voltage" when chargeing our deep cycle batteries. If you think the proper voltage to charge a 12-volt battery is 12 volts, you're wrong; the actual voltage should be 13.5 - 15 volts. After learning this on "Ship Shape TV" this morning, I researched my own Optima batteries and found they too recommend charge a 12 volt battery at 13.5 - 15 volts. If you're using a 12 volt output charger, you're not completly charging your batteries.

Re: Fishing on TV
I like "Fishing University" with Charlie Ingram and "The Bass Pros" for instructional purposes, but for flat out entertainment you cant beat "TWGFS" with Mark Zona..

Re: Fishing on TV
Dang I need to up grade my cable. I stopped watching espn because all their shows sucked. Every now and then I can get the In-fisherman. But the most hated show is Beat Charlie Moore, yeah I'd like to BEAT him over the head. I thought Mark Zona would put out a good show. But NOOOOO it should be called Watch me go fishin... And bore you to death. The best show they had was Denny's schooled. That was great. To be shown what your doing right or wrong was worth the watch. As for the others I've never seen them because I have basic cable it would cost another 50 bucks a month to get VS and the Outdoor Channel. I may just have to fork it out!!!

Re: Fishing on TV
You should shop around before forking over that much money...
I switch back in forth between Direct TV and Insight as they compete with each other. I switched back to Insight last week for internet, phone and cable with movie channels and all the fishing channels for $85.00 a month.

Re: Fishing on TV
In-Fisherman has always been about education and their quality is good. Angling Edge also does a good job.
