The very day that Insight took over my bill went up and I lost a lot of the channels that I previously had (I could get them, but it would cost more). Insights customer service is horrible to non existent and the techs that came to my place were not as bright as the 75 watt light bulbs in my kitchen.

As for Insight employing hundreds in my community, not likely. I doubt they have even 90 out here. I would say Insight would not be in the top 20 employers in Bullitt County and I don't care if everybody in the county but me worked for them, they will not get any of my money.[/QUO

I don't live in Lexington, I live in Shepherdsville. It is listed in the top right hand corner of the screen in each of my post. Perhaps you should try educating yourself before you try and talk down to someone else. I could care less about Insight or Lexington. I will never use them again. They will not get one penny of my money EVER! Not sure what is so hard to fathom!

If you work for Insight I hope you do a better job than some of the clowns that we have out here.
