Re: Anyone else ever fell in, in the winter?
I fall down atleast once a season duck hunting.
I can relate time and time again with this one......lol
Besides that, never fell out of a boat in the Winter, but i got ejected from one as a passenger one October running about 60mph. Guy i was fishin with hit another boats wake and had her trimmed up a little too far, spun the boat around and threw me out right over the top of his head. I hit the water and skipped like a rock. I was fine(except for my nerves), he was fine, and the boat was fine. Changed clothes and fished the rest of the day. Thank GOD he had the kill switch hooked up.
I shall say i was fine till the next morning.......I got up to go bowhunting and felt like i had been beat with a ball bat. Picked my bow up and tried to draw it, and every bone and muscle in my body popped...... gently laid the bow back in the case and went back to bed. LOL

Re: Anyone else ever fell in, in the winter?
once, when i was young my grandfather, dad and i went to cave run to fish for musky about this time of year. i sat in the bottom of the boat running around the lake to avoid the cold air. it turned out i just ended up soaking my jeans due to a small leak or something i assume into the carpet. my grandfather took us to the bank, lit a fire and proceeded to hang my jeans leaning over the fire on a stick in the ground at an angle. I sat wrapped up in coats watching my partners fishing from the bank........ i wish we had noticed the jeans burning in time to save them as it was a cold ride back to the ramp and home in my "tidy whites".
