I think dog would be LYING if he said a thug looking dude in a hoodie would not generate suspicion on his part.
I've armed myself and walked outside NUMEROUS times under very similar circumstances......Sorry if you don't agree, or think it is right or whatever...

I agree with you 100%.....I actually pulled my gun twice through the years and both times it was in my home (s). First time, I came home from work and noticed closet doors open as soon as I walked in that I didn't remember leaving opened(at that time I had the only key). I had my Black Lab with me and I sent him one way in the house while I walked around the stairwell the other way so we could meet in the middle. Nothing was missing and I didn't hear anyone upstairs but I was NERVOUS!!
I sent him upstairs and got myself so worked up that I would have jumped though the ceiling if I heard someone screaming or hurting my dog. I was walking softly and cleared each room as I went down the hallway. Checked under beds. closets and behind doors. I was pretty sure it was cool once I saw MAXX and he was acting normal. I was packing a Kimber .45 Ultra CDP.
Second time, we get told the day before by a neighbor (a stay at home mom) that a young white guy walks up to the door and is looking in the windows and knocking on the doors while we were at work and since no one answered someone in a white Honda picked him up and they drove off....the little turd stole our lighter that lights the tiki torches!
So the next day I get to my girlfriends house around 10am to check on it because the neighborhood was being targeted by thieves and I was stopping in to make it look occupied at random times in case we were being watched.....I mean one or two B&E's a week and some being reported while we were still driving out of the area on our way to work gets you kinda skittish!! Anyway, I got there and the security wasn't on(not monitored at that time) so I just knew we had been hit! This is a 3 story house and plenty of rooms to hide in so since I didn't have MAXX with me I just systematically checked each room and floor and listened for creaks as i walked thankfully no sign of an intruder. I was packing a full sized .45 Kimber Eclipse that time.
The thieves were caught not long after that (young white men and a girl) and their M.O. was to knock on doors to see if anyone was home, if someone answered they tried to sell you yard service and asked questions...ohh your husband mows? Oh your son mows? Oh you have a service already? Things like that. If no one answered and they could see/get enough info and determine you were a target you got hit. One house was hit and the crook broke in but didn't count on the young girl being home sick from school so she called the police once she heard the commotion. I hate a thief! Of course we were told later they were druggies and looking for stuff to sell.
I am a believer of not looking like a easy target when out and about and the same goes for my residence. Security, basic CCTV, security signs, timers on interior lights and the looks of a dog living there are big to me. Knowing your neighbors and talking with them is a good thing as well.
I believe the shooting occurred around 7:20 pm not 3:00am, and I also believe other than food type of items nothing was found on his body, there definitely wasn't any tools found on his body. I do think a few days later there was a piece of metal found in some bushes approximately five feet away from where they were, that could be used as a tool. There is no proof it belonged to Martin.
That said, IMO there is no way the state has proven their case against Zimmerman beyond a reasonable doubt, and IMO it would be an injustice if her were to be found guilty. All evidence supports that at some point Martin attacked Zimmerman, and was on top of him.
Yea I put a question mark behind the first sentence because I wasn't totally sure about that one. I sure wouldn't want to get accused of Hyperbole, LOL....
