I can't speak for anywhere else but I was told by an enforcement officer here on cave run that they are required to write a ticket for criminal trespass with the option to tow both truck and boat if caught in off limits area. Sad, sad times.
BTW, said the ticket would between $150-200 + court costs.

Both ramps (Halcomb's & Kendall) are open and reportedly Halcomb's will remain open thru the month of Oct. :)

As far as I know all the ramps are closed with the exception of Blackwater in Morgan Co. This ramp is way up the Licking River.

From what I hear the state ramp is the only one open. You can check the lakes website to check for sure
