Everyone's favorite line

I like reading these line threads, because in my mind...it just confirms that there are a ton of GOOD options out there for fishing line, be it mono, flouro, or braid. Everybody has their opinion, based on what works for them. It comes down, most of the time, to what feels best to you and fits in your budget.

Me personally, I really like PowerPro braid. I put 4/15 on all of my creekin gear, 6/20 on the baitcasters and bigger spinning reels. If I use mono, it's BPS Excel. For fishing under the blacklite this year, I'm going to try the new Suffix Braid in neon fire or whatever they call it, because it glows under the light. I've heard it's good stuff. I use BPS Wally Marshall "Mr. Crappie" camo on all of my crappie sticks in 4 or 6. (Filled 4 crappie reels for $6.99, with line to spare!) I use Berkley Vanish on the FNF sticks, in 4 or 6.

Nothing wrong with BPS products. They perform fine for me. I've got 3 of the Rick Clunn baitcast combos that, for $139, look/feel/perform just like the high-end stuff. No complaints from this fat boy on that.
