Re: Super Bowl Predictions
Seems that more than one expert thinks that Wayne cut the route off before he was supposed to. Mike Golic on Mike and mike was just talking about it and so was an ex-coach, but I forgot which one. Might have been Ditka.
What do they mean cut the route off. The ball was thrown short and under and inside the reciever. If he cut the route off why did Peyton throw short...........Doesn't make sense to me.
Re: Super Bowl Predictions
Maybe I had it backwards Mark, maybe they said he didn't cut it off when he should. It was early when I heard it and I was midway through my first cup of coffee.

I can't wake up today either. And I'm fed up to the ears with shoveling snow. If I could only win that lottery, Good Lord I would be gone from this state faster tahn you could say Jack Spratt.
Re: Super Bowl Predictions
Several "experts" did say that Wayne seemed confused on the route. Regardless the dude from Indiana University of all places housed it for 6.
Oh man it's looking pretty tough after the interception. Kinda felt like I was watching Brett Favre all over again.
No.....Farve can't throw a ball that far especially if he's not laying on his back.
Oh....was the game tonight. Darn, I wish I had seen it.....was it good?
haha Bob you kill me:D I didnt watch it either and the Colts were favoured to win. But I am glad the Saints won as they were the underdogs. I always root for the underdog. They need someone on their side. So good for them and I am sure New Orleans are still partying in the streets.

Gills, it seems you have never visited New Orleans. They really don't need a reason to party, they just throw down regardless lol!

Heck Tim some folks partied right after Katrina! They brought their own noise makers (guns) and tried to find people to celebrate with by going into others homes and business' (looters). Drinks were free and people just took what they wanted....party time!! Plus we all got to hand out federal money to them so they could have even more but of course it wasn't enough...Chocolate for everyone form the chocolate city!!!
Sorry for the tangent I went on but I HATE the New Orleans image and the give me attitude....bah humbug.
Re: Super Bowl Predictions
I was really glad to be wrong on this! That onside kick was a stroke of genius!!

haha Good point Tim and you are right I have never made it New Orleans. Seems abit wild for me. I had a friend from Tennessee who told me I had to visit Graceland and New Orleans sometime in my life. She said they were both an experience.:)
Re: Super Bowl Predictions
Margie,
Naw there are a few more things:)...Go catfishing with Mark, Chuck or John on the Ohio river at night and watch the fireworks in Louisville as you crank up some big cats!
Go to a night Nascar Cup Race in Bristol, TN and feel that rumble as 43 cars rip around that short track! Brake rotors glowing red cars bumpin fenders and a little drink now and then during the race adds another level of enjoyment to it!:p
