Re: Saturday is a sad day
I always thought that when I lived in Indiana, that all UK fans were the ones who were the most anit-social and clueless people on the face of the earth about basketball.
Well heck man, why didn't ya say you lived in Indiana, that explains a lot!...I guess I don't have much room to talk since I work in Indiana....but I'm still good though because I haven't drank the water over here yet :)
Re: Saturday is a sad day
I have no words other than are you on to much medication or what? We and I think I can speak for the other Card fans on this site hopefully know we are down some this year. I myself and several others have posted our thoughts rants and dissapointments concerning this year. I knew and nailed it before a ball was ever bounced thinking we would be down some, my God we lost two lottery first round picks to the NBA and possibly the best defensive player Rick has ever had since he's been here in Andre McGee. That coupled with young talent means one thing, some serious struggles and growing pains.
With all that being said they still played well against top 50 opposition therefore the lofty RPI. Strength of Schedule Clyde is what it is and Louisville's is top fifteen and probably top ten right now. You can dislike that finding but it doesn't change it. You get on here and Bash Louisville to no end with idiotic comments and garbage and expect someone to not comeback at you. I mean really Mills look at some of your post, do you really think hairy chinned men are gonna take that crap without saying something back, lol. When other than to poke fun back at you about Harry Potter has Tim, Myself, Ryan, Bigrod got on here and blasted your beloved Hoosiers??? Find one post......
You can hate the Cardinals all you want that's your right, I don't care. There are plenty of guys that would rather cut a pinky finger off than root for The Ville that's OK. Experts and computers decide who goes dancing and they do it by facts not emotion. Your comments are emotionally based from hate. They deserve to be there Clyde and it won't surprise me one stinking bit to see Louisville win two games in the tournament before going home, would that make you believe they deserve to be there...answer NO, you would have some kinda of Cockamami bull about referee's loving Pitino or something stupid. You actually said in a post that the only reason Louisville will go to the tourney is because the committee is in love with Rick Pitino, LMAO, and we are suppose to take you serious, LOL.
Re: Saturday is a sad day
Man, my banter can really get you fired up Mhall.....You make my day......
Re: Saturday is a sad day
LOL Clyde, most likely 8 teams from the Big East will make the tourney. Finishing sixth in the top conference means a NCAA bid. Sorry you do not understand it. Since you are brecoming such a UK fan, what were your thoughts when your favorite coach (Robert Montgomery Knight) made his comment about Calipari? Never heard you weigh in on that.
Do you really think that Louisville should not be in the tourney? Based on what? The RPI, SOS and other factors show that Louisville is in. Where do you come up with this?
Are you Doug Gottlieb?
Btw, you still didn't show me these 20 point mud stompings? How many were there? Which games where they?

YOU ARE WRONG plain and simple! The wins are there and everything else is in line. you have never really followed the selection comittee have you?
Re: Saturday is a sad day
And you know not only that this thread was started with good hearted thoughts and well wishes about the Hall closing down in style. Go back and read my original post and see if that wasn't it's intent. I even successfully called the outcome to well before game time.
Then here comes Mr Buzzkill with a bunch of bullcrap that I'm not sure anybody on here wanted to read including the Cat fans. It's a historical building with many great memories and it ending in style with a beautiful sunny day and bigtime win for the Cardinals. Syracuse would beat Indiana by 35 points going away leaving Harry Potter with that just squeazed the neighbors cat look on his face.
Kyle Kuric was the bomb and I couldn't have drawn up a more fitting person to take that team to paydirt. Get over it Mills your team ***** and ours is dancing so put that in your Bong and smoke it, lol.
Re: Saturday is a sad day
I'm not the biggest basketball fan, so I usually stay out of these threads, but that game was one for the ages. To heck with the rest of the season; that was a great storybook goodbye game for a storied sports venue. And even if Kyle Kuric never plays another minute of basketball, Cards fans are going to remember him forever. Really cool story.
