Noone was hoping to solve anything we are just discussing the topic at hand. I have learned to look at topics from angles I never thought of on this forum and I believe you could as well.

Theres no need to think your not welcome or your opinion isn't accepted because there isn't one person on here who is right or perfect but there are alot of people who have opinions including me and you. We won't always agree but heck who gives a squat?

Maybe you will get taxed.....do you make $250,000?...If so sorry about your luck..Trickle down economics from the Reagan days are over..Most Business owners who make the big bucks hire people for low wages and little if any health insurance...and spend their money on Hummers and mansions....now it's payback time!!!!!

What's wrong with a business owner that makes a decent living? If he/she wants to spend their money on Hummers and mansions......that's their right as long as they live within their means. Even if they don't it's still their right. Do they owe you something just because they worked hard to get to where they are at? Guess so.

You know you could start your own business and make a lot of money. Lots of colleges from what I understand are accepting new students everyday. What's stopping you?

Man, "kid" as part of your handle is sure appropriate. If you don't think we are all going to be soaked by taxes in this health care bill then you've got another thing coming. This bill is a complete train wreck and has nothing to do with helping people. It is about government control, plain an simple. They could care less about our well being. All they want is our money and control over our lives. This is the biggest loss of freedom in our society in decades. And if you think Obama is a two-termer and the democrats are going to make strides in November - you better learn to open your young eyes and see what is going on. Us conservative types are going to take back our country starting in November and short of Obama and company calling off the election or cheating to high heaven nothing will stop that. Yesterday was one of the worst days for American freedom in my lifetime but there will be a reckoning in November and this worthless bill will get repealed...

This universal health bill is not the answer. I lost my wife to cancer at the age of 39 after 17 years of marriage. I also had to file bankruptcy on the copays. Her father who lived in Germany died of cancer the year before. The difference was that in Germany the doctors said they had no hope and had to left him die. I remember my father in law lying there in bed when the nurse told my mother in law to take his clothes and go home and they would call her when he passed. My father in law saw my mother in law go to the closet and take his clothes and tried to get out of the bed in a panic and orderlies subdued him and the doctor ordered him sedated. This I thought inhumane and had nightmares about it. My wife on the other hand was treated in the USA and although she had passed , I knew she had the best treatment that there was. Now that I age I fear that one day I will be in the hospital and I will see my next of kin taking my clothes from the closet in the hospital room but I will not be leaving with them. I feel your pain just not you views.

There is much yet to be done on the healthcare reform before it goes into effect which will be 2014 but we will be paying into it for four years before then. On the verse from the bible....I didn't write that one. The BIBLE says that and I threw it out there so people know. I could tell by the statements of some that it was a verse never read by some before. I'm not calling ANYONE wicked....those judgements are for a "Higher Power". However, I do care about how poor people and the sick are taken care of, which is why I give money to my church every Sunday. And I'm sure there is even an abuse of that at some church, somewhere. Wicked things will always be in this world, like people abusing the "SYSTEM" and what nots. But not everybody is a "SYSTEM" abuser and there is no way to control with today's health care or tomorrow's. It gets abused even in Canada and Europe I'm sure.
