What about the Front Runner? I didn't, but several guys in our group did and threw them for a week on our annual trip. Last 'throw' was into the garbage.

Cabelas had a plastic bait that they called 'Skin Head'. It was a plastic grug type lure with a lead ball/hook that fit into the head.
It looked great, thew them for years, never caught a fish on any of them. I think I bought those and something the Bass Pro had about the same time, but I don't remember that name. I bought them all and the Tubby EEL at the same time. Now I know why they send out those catalogs in January, so they can catch those wild eyed fishermen. :-)
