Looks like Brown participated in a robbery

So in fact he was resisting arrest for a robbery when shot and not simply walking to grandma's house.

Also the witness to the shooting now appears to be his accomplish in this alleged robbery, so not really an unbiased witness.

Look at his size in these security photos, not much of a kid, and a lot more like a large man in size.

The story always changes as real investigating and results are made known. Who would have guessed that this man wasn't as innocent as first reported. So if the police officer is found innocent will all the losers who rioted, robbed and vandalized return their items and turn themselves in?? I mean after all...... they did this to their community to prove a point....not sure what their intended point was?!?!?!? Maybe they are trying to prove they are victims that have no ability to understand right from wrong?? Maybe they are trying to prove that their community is worthless?? Maybe they are trying to demolish places of business so the re-construction will bring jobs to their hood????

I like this and I'm glad other folks agree with the way I feel about it. Stupid animals is the best way I could describe those... Hrm people I guess you could call em. Why does what he chose to rob matter? Did you look at the picture I linked above which shows him assaulting the clerk at the store? He didn't just shoplift he used force to rob the man, which is a violent felony!

I agree it is a shame he is dead, but the responsibility appears to lie squarely on him for a what appears to be a series of bad decisions which all lead directly to his death.

Just because you might not believe something shouldn't be illegal doesn't give you the right to assault someone and rob it. I really think you are missing the larger point if what you take from this is that the tobacco law should be changed. How about personal responsibility where people don't rob, assault, and then resist arrest?

The hood rats out there want nothing more than to be a Thug and take advantage of others. I'm defiantly not saying every black person. I have black neighbors who are fine people and have had many friends through my years that were black. They wouldn't be my friends if they were scum or we didn't click and that goes for any person but when you step down into the world of slums, hood rats, low rent section 8 and ganglands your dealing with a different world........
they thrive on blaming whitey and the police for their problems.
It's proven time and time again and since no one seems to want to step up and raise these kids they turn into thugs and crooks. You see a lot of moms in the hood but not a lot of dads. Heck look at NFL, NBA and even college sports. You will see these stars and up and comers talking about their mom but very few have their dad around. I remember seeing a 30 for 30 episode about the Fab 5 from Michigan and they were making fun of Duke and Grant Hill. Why??? Because Grant had a dad and seem educated. It's just the way it is.....generations of black men being raised by the streets and then they basically live by being crooks, drug dealers and hoodlums. Look at the jails....they are loaded with these folks. Anyway back to the point....the black community either steps up and deals with their own or nothing will change.
