Any thoughts of the point spread for the game this Saturday. I hope my Cards do not lay down to the CATS, but it could get ugly or it could be a good game. My gut tells me Cards will win by 5. Pitino has a ACE up his sleeve and he is yet to use it Harrell is one the best players in the league and thank God he will get to play against the CATS.
The Louisville game is really the only one on UK's schedule that has concerned me, because all too often this one comes down to emotion and a little luck. The best team doesn't always win it.
Louisville is good...has some good weapons. The game is at Yum, so they have home court advantage too. Kentucky won't overlook them though, so don't look for UK to get caught sleeping.
I think it will be really close. Maybe Louisville leads at the half, or midway into the second. I think Kentucky eventually overtakes them though. Maybe it's foul trouble or Kentucky's depth, but I think UK still wins it. It's hard to imagine a team with so many weapons having a day where none of them fire.
I think Louisville is going to press and try to speed the game up to make our bigs less of a factor, but in the end it's not enough.
Kentucky by 6.

I pick UK.........by 800 or so.......... :) :) And that is if they only use the first platoon.......

I hope this is a good one! If uk comes out playing like they have been, this game won't be close. If Lville controls the pace and keeps uks bigs in check then I say uofl might squeak one out at the yum center. One big concern for uofl is can Harrell stay out of fouls trouble? He's got a lot of bigs to guard.... This one should be interesting.
UofL does not have a good true center and is way over matched especially in size. Sorry I love the Cards and all know it but I am also a realist. This is blow out city, the store bought hand picked NBA college team rolls and it may be a yawn fest by half time. I just hope UK cleans the table this year wins the national title by 50 points and that greasy slap dic k goes to the NBA where he belongs.
That will be my Christmas present......:)
I cannot see any way Louisville wins. I think they keep it close, but UK pulls awy at the end.
