Any one fished Taylorsville since the Rain? Water Conditions?

I haven't fished it recently, but according to the COE lake level site ... it's been slowly FALLING over the last week or so. According to today's levels listed ... it's only a couple of inches over Summer Pool. That being the case, I wouldn't think the water would still be dirty from the 2ft rise at the end of April.
You can keep up with lake levels at this link : http://155.80.93.250/wc/reports/lkreport.html You can get a year's water level chart by clicking on the Summer Pool blue numbers ... and you can get water temps/oxygen level depths info by clicking on the lake names (in blue letters), but they won't be up to date until a thermocline begins to develop in that lake.

Fished it last weekend. Water was pretty stained 2-3 ft visibility. Muddy in the shallows. Crappie bite was slow from most I talked to but I did well with hybrids.
Fished this morning water is up and it's muddy not much luck this morning.

Were you trolling for hybrids?

Yep. In a kayak so a little more work involved. Went again this weekend but only ended up with seven. Used spoons and white rooster tails. Most came off the rooster tail on both trips. Weekend before last was far better though. Limited easy both days.

Which part of the lake were you fishing? Above the Van Buren ramp?

That would be the Possum Ridge Ramp. There's only two ramps on that end of the lake, Possum Ridge & Settlers Trace. The other two are on the other end of the lake (up in the river) ... Van Buren & Chowning.
