RE: Ultimate Match Fishing
Thanks for the reminder! I always forget about the show being on. Luke all the way!
I wish they (any network) had an hour or two of bass tourny coverage even reruns on Monday nights.
RE: Ultimate Match Fishing

No the blow up happened a few shows ago, but the Outdoor Channel Choose not to show it. Maybe it will pop up somewhere on a blooper tape.

what's the question to the answer your giving about a blow up on UMF? i guess i missed that one !
RE: No Blow Up...................
Too Bad. You know how we all like to see controversy. All around great season and maybe next year they will expand it to an hour and we can see more of the matches. Just don't see enough in my opinion.
RE: No Blow Up...................
Wow, Luke sure did but it on Tim in this half. I know thats hurts when someone is slammin' you like that. I think we have all been there. Still pulling for Luke....
RE: No Blow Up...................
There was a huge blowup that happened during the filming of the show. One of the anlgers was pre-fishing when he came upon the 2 anlgers competing that day "On his Fish". He went on to throw a fit on camera and cause a huge scene, so bad that the anglers who were fishing in that round, pulled up the trolling motor and left, even though both were catching fish at a high rate. Most of this occured on camera, but I guess the people in the editing room decided it was not for TV.

I would love to see it as well. My money is on Gerald Swindle as being the one that "Blew Up". He really showed his hind quarters when I believe it was Luke and his sissy spinning reel that put a hurting on him. Maybe it is just me but I see more pro's using spinnig reel the past year or so than I can remember. Seems every time I see Ike with a Biggun on it is tied to a spinning reel, makes me think spinning tackle and 6 or 8lb test is the way to go with all the fishing pressure "MY" fish get.
