T-Ville Cheater!!!

Alright guys, I've been fishing t-ville for a while but have never seen anything first hand like I did tonight. We got on the lake around 230pm and the fishing was slow but picked up after being stopped by the GW around 5pm. Anyway we were getting ready to head to the ramp arround 9 when I got a what felt like a good fish 5/6 pounder. It wrapped me around a branch so my buddy and I went in. What we pulled out was a 16 inch 2+/- pound LM, it had been tied to a cedar with twine through the gill, you could tell it was put there on purpose. After a little surgery we had it free from the tree and my jig, granted he was a little beaten up but now he's free. It just burns my a$$ knowing people cheat at tournies!!! I hope who ever tied that fish up forgets to put their plug in next time they're on the water. T-Ville tourny guys you may want to keep an eye on the fish that are weighed in tuesday or friday, there could be more. Sorry guys but thats my .02:mad: :confused:

Dang, I just read about the nolin fish. What's this sport comming to!! Something has to change.
If you see any thing out of the ordanary in KY waters or woods call 1-800-252-5378, KDFWR, every fisherman and hunter should have this # in their cell or wallet.

It isn't going to change it is what everything that has to do with money is coming to.think about it if the 2 guys,one guy in the boat do not tell and there is no possibility of a polygraph it is easy money if you can live with it,
with money as tight as it is for most a weekend win split 2 ways in a descent tourney is a weeks pay for some.i see some post on here that say cheating is minimal,i bet it's more than some would like to think,i know a some persons that shared fish in a small club tourney i fished,found out a few years later as one of the perps was fishing with me,and i would never have thought any of the 3 involved would have done it.it cost my partner and money in that tournament plus it lost us anglers of the year.i havn't much respect for them.

if all you do is let the fish go then it will continue to happen, call the game warden, let the law handle it. Put the number in your phone of the KDFWR, and call them, if you have a gps mark it on that and take a picture of it, most fisherman have a camera in there boat. I know there is cheating out there but would like to see it first hand to belive it is so rampent.

I agree there SuperSprint. I would say get the KDFWR involved next time and nail their hide like they did those boys down at Barkley. That will put a stop it if it is cheating.

Guys/Gals..I have a question. I know there are a lot smarter folks on here than me, and I would appreciate your input. Do you think it is possible for a individual to pass a polygraph test, if he has cheated in a tourney? Also what is a voice stress test? Thanks Warren

Absolutely brother it happens all the time. There are people out there that are so **** good at telling lies they can convince themselves of the crap they dish out.

This kind of stuff makes you think. I've heard these two stories in the last week (Nolin and TVille). It's makes you wonder how many of these aholes are getting away with it. This is the kind of stuff that keeps me away from tournaments.

this is part of the demize of night tournaments from most i have talked too.
how easy would it have been for someone to get that stringer at 10pm at night and put the fish in the livewell.people fish there all time so it would not have been suspect.therefore most say they'd rather fish in the daylight.
as far as polygraph passing if someone has the nerves to cheat and bring those fish to weigh in they have the nerves to pass the polygraph.there is someone who i saw pass a few,but when confronted after fishy things going on i havn't seen them at a tournament around here since,if cheating wasn't going on why would they leave when the heat was turned up?

This fish was directly across from the dam, it a dense group of cedars, anyone could have gotten it after dark fairly easy. This was the first time I've seen this first hand and assure fou if I ever see it again I will contact whomever I need to. It kills me that I got stopped by a GW a few hours before, checking licenses, wish he was arround when I found the fish.

If You Run The Tournament And The Person Fails The Test The Person Putting On The Tournament Will Not Bring This To Light Because It Can Not Be Used In Court So He Can Sue You As The Individual Putting On The Tournament. It Is A Great Deterant Thats All . You Can Not Do A Real Polygraph In A Short Period Of Time. Saying This I Know What I Am Talking About On This Matter. I Would Love To Say More But For Those Considering Cheating I Will Not. But I Did Put Tournanments On For Yeras Always Used A Pologragh Examiner If I Knew Something Wasnt Right I Dealt With And Took Care Of The Problem.cheating Happens And Will Continue To Happen As Sad As That Is.

It Stinks That Some Will Stup To This Kind Of Stuff. For Me It Is All About The Thrill Of Catching That Winning Sack That Day Or Catching A Good Keeper With Just Minutes Left. That Is What Keeps Me Fishing Tourneys, Sure Winning Sure Does Help With Teh Cost Of Travel, Gas, Lodging, Food, Etc, Etc. But If I Cannot Get It Honest I Do Not Want It. Hiding Fish For A Tourney Only Means That Whoever Did This Had A Better Day Before The Tourney, Than They Have Confidence In Their Skills Of Fishing When It Matters, These People Are Not Worthy Of Fishing Any Tourneys Cause If They Have To Cheat To Win Then They Are Not Worthy Competion To Begin With!! And If Caught Caught Cheating In A Tourney, Never Be Allowed To Fish Or Hunt In Any State Ever Again, As To Me They Should Not Be Allowed To Enjoy What We Enjoy Ever Again. Just A Thought.
