pond hoppers

does anyone have any info about the pond hoppers tournaments and how to sign up for them ?

I was going to bump this back up the board yesterday because I was waiting for more info as well. A good buddy of mine fished Pond Hoppers last year, had a great time, and finished in the $$$ a few times. He asked me to fish it with him this year...

Well, word came down last night that Pond Hoppers will not happen in 2008. Those who organize this tournament have decided to take the year off. It sounds like they are going to pick it back up in 2009.

Yes, the Pond Hoppers circuit will be taking a year off for 2008, will all intentions of being back together for '09.

There is talk of a possible get together- open tournament, but nothing is set in stone as of now.

So what are you guys going to do with no Pondhoppers this year,thats been part of your guys life all these years-Warning stay off Cedar Creek thats my turf--lmao--Guess you guys could hire me out for a trip or two and catch some of my Pet fish they should be around 7 lb this year GL to us all :)

Don't count out the Pondhoppers just yet...Something may come together. ;)

Would any body be interested in getting to gether and fishing on our own. It would not be pond hoppers but we could still get the gang together.

That sounds good to me, I believe we could get enough people together to make it worth while. But if we can't we can still fish.

I'm in and so is my partner..we agree all we want to do is fish. Keep us posted on any meetings!:) Looking forward to the season.
