yep, i think this team is the best he has coached durring his time with u of l. couldnt be happier. my question now is how will they be seeded in the big dance???
Ok here goes
We are the champions, my friends.....
But we didn't play at UCONN, Pitt, or Marquette in the end.....
We are the champions, we are the champions........
No time for tough road games cause we are the champions....
....in an unbalanced BigEast schedule world........

You mean the same unbalanced schedule that cost them the Big East title last season when they lost on the road to Georgetown in the final game of the season? Who is the $EC champion this season with their unbalanced schedule?
Congrats to the Cards, and to Morehead State also.

South Carolina and Tennessee had identical records in the East, LSU by a couple of games in the West. Overall champ LSU by 3 games. All the East and West teams play home and home within their division and teams from the other division once.
Louisville played West Virginia, South Florida, and Notre Dame twice. Pitt played UCONN, Depaul, and West Virginia twice. UCONN played Pitt, Notre Dame, and Seton Hall twice. They did beat Villanova and Syracuse on the road. They win the BigEast tourney and I'll be the first to congratulate them.
I was just singing along............
Psprower must be a sad Kentucky fan. Because they are having a bad year, they try to steal Louisville's thunder.

I still want to hear where the outrage was last season or the season before when Louisville played home and home with the three best teams in the conference. If you did not gripe about then (when Louisville didn't when the conference) then I don't see why you should gripe about it now!
Boy, I am sure glad my team didn't have play Tennessee, South Carolina or LSU twice!
Great game last night. I wonder about Earl Clark. I could not be happer.
I gripe about the unbalanced Big East schedule every year. You'll have a 10-6 Big East team whining about getting the shaft from the selection committee when in reality they loaded up on bottom feeders and didn't beat anybody on the top end. But they played in the mighty Big East. Seton Hall a couple of years ago anybody? Syracuse? This year it will be Providence, but in their defense they did beat Pitt. On the flip side you'll have a regular season champ that most likely benefitted from the schedule. I say if you've got a 16 team megaconference just have all the teams play each other once instead of trying to have each team play 3 other teams twice.
And why does everybody assume when someone calls out Louisville that automatically makes them a Kentucky fan? Dude I couldn't give two rips about Kentucky or the SEC they both **** this year. UK won't even get out of the first round of the NIT if they're invited and I'd be surprised if any SEC team made it to the sweet 16 of either tourney.
Fact is Louisville played the top tier teams at home and played them once - they won one and got crushed in the other and beat Marquette without their top scorer. The last two years they were on the wrong end of the schedule. A 16 team conference is just retarded and I'm sure the formation had absolutely nothing to do with dollars. Anything more than 12 teams and all you've got is a category 5 clusterfrick. They could at least split the conference into two eight team divisions to get some order but I'm not even sure that would be feasible.
Why would someone assume you were a UK fan? Because your talking like one. Louisville doesn't make out the big east schedule. They played the hand that was dealt them. They won the league outright, and your trying to take away from it.
Well another non UK fan will step up and defend Psprowler as well. I too agree with everything he said. I will give U of L kudo's on winning the League Title outright. But that is as far as it goes, too imbalanced in the League and the NCAA Commish should step in and divide the League up into tow Divisions.
The Big East will be crying come selection Sunday 4 sure...Only one to blame will be the Big East Coaches and Commissioner who decide not to divide the league.
But don't worry my U of L fans, cause even though you won a League Championship, my money would be put on someone else for winning the Big Dance. Your free throw % is what's going to kill you during the Big Dance run.
Now you all have a very fine day today.
