Pitino and the media
Man he sure has a tough road ahead of him, I wouldn't want that hanging over my head everyday. The latest clips and video's being reported are not making him look good. Isn't it plausible that if the heat keeps being put on him and if any of these accustaions stick that he will step down?

Re: Pitino and the media
Pitino had a press conference yesterday and blasted the media for reporting garbage.
He acknowledges his indiscretion and says he'll pay his dues for that but the other stuff is all garbage.
The FBI is going after this woman for exstortion and she is feeling the heat. Go online and it's matter of public record and they are after her hot and heavy. She has mental issues at best, lol.
I'm sure the Lexington stations left the press conference thing out, lol.
The man cheated on his wife and that's bad, I do not condone it what so ever, but if anybody truely believes Rick Pitino raped somebody I've got some Ocean front property here in Oldham County I'll sell real cheap.

Re: Pitino and the media
The accusations are nonexistent, they have already been dismissed by the police. The genius woman even gave them a date for one of those alleged rapes and records proved that Pitino was in California.
Btw do you wonder why she went to the police and reported these two rapes six years after they supposedly happened and months after she was indicted in federal court?
Once again, Pitino made a poor moral judgement, but he is not the one getting ready to go to prison.
I do believe that the pressure of this stuff is getting to him. If you haven't read it, Rick Bozich has a good column in the paper today.

Re: Pitino and the media
And now Billy G gets picked up for DUI at the Wal-Mart in Lawrenceburg....spends the night in the Franklin County Jail....

Somebody put Tubby in a room and lock the door. It's a bad week for former UK coaches!
But at least Rick and Billy can take a little of the spotlight off Cal and the Memphis ordeal for a bit.

Re: Pitino and the media
Look at the head on that, lol. Big 55 gallon swollen punkin head, lol.
One more and he would have been legally embombed.

Re: Pitino and the media
All I know is that if a police officer asks you at 3am where you've been and "Golfing" is your answer, you're going to JAIL. It has been dark for at least 6 hours - There is some other stuff that happened in there somewhere that you missed. LOL
Poor Billy. He was just whipped...should have played that officer tougher...with more heart. He was just really really really really really really whipped. :D

Oh heck...maybe Billy really was out golfing...maybe he didn't get off the greens until right before dark which is 8:30 or so...afterwards maybe stopped and had a few beers, started having a good time and the next thing Billy knows (or doesn't know) is it's 3:00 am...Time fly's when you're having fun, lol...

Re: Pitino and the media
He has that yeah yeah whatever look on his face. What a train wreck....

Re: Pitino and the media
Yeah, golfing in the dark will make your eyes look like that. LOL
According to the news at lunch, they said that the officer reported that when he asked Billy for his insurance card, Billy replied that he would have to get it out of his golf bag...then he had trouble unlocking the car door from the inside...and it took 4-5 attempts for him to open the glove box.
Sounds BUTTERED to me.

Re: Pitino and the media
I agree, there is no rape in issue here. In fact, I kind of think that Karen Sypher may have been trying to set up rp, the same way I think Monica set up Bill Clinton. But the fact is, both committed "immoral" acts, especially the Pope ring kissing rp. And since UL has his immorality clause, I have a tough time understanding how in the world they can even begin to keep him employeed....
A funny but cute story... my wife was always a Clinton fan... yes I failed to talk sense into my wife, but come on married men, you know we all fail at that...LOL. Anyway she said it was no one's business what Bill did with Monica, and she said we should all let it alone. I suggested that if I "could" find a willing young lady, then she should apply the same to me.... I almost had to sleep outside that night!!!
