The fued between Jim Strader and KDFWR is about to get much uglier. Jim has filed a civil rights lawsuit againt the dept. No matter how you look at it, this is not going to be good.

Not sure, all it says is civil rights violation.
Believe you are right Tim. I, myself had had my run-ins with the dept and they tend to see things from only one point of view- THEIRS.
Why was this moved here, when it is a fish and wildlife issue. It effects every single person on this site and it is not politcal. Not sure I understand the rational behind it.

No I really don't. That wouldn't be a civil rights violation and he still draws better ratings than they do, so it doesn't really make any sense.

I was actually timing it to see how long it would take before it got zapped. I figued the whole thread would get whacked. This is public record, nobody including you Tim who posted said one word about your lean on the matter. Heck we don't even know what it's about but I think it stems from his long standed fued and mud slinging contest over telecheck.
There was absolutely no reason that link should have been removed. KY Afield is a sponsor on this site, that is why it got deleted.

Where is it listed on this site where Ky Afield is a sponsor? They can't actively sponsor anything. Everyone would have thier hand out. All we can do is add their links, unless some things have changed that I don't know about.
