1/30 Newton
My first trip to newton was on Saturday. This is the summary. Motor issues, lost rod, cold, 4 fish. So it wasn't the best trip ever that's for sure! But we are going back Wednesday. So between the rod and motor it was a $500 trip. Expensive fish! That's $125 a fish! Maybe we can do a lil better. Oh if you come across a revo on a st Croix over there let me know! This is what happens when I leave bluegrass and the river…

Re: 1/30 Newton
Update on the motor issues! 9.9 on my buddies boat is losing 55% pressure and the reed plate is chipped. This gets better and better. So much for going Wednesday.

If that was a Tournament Legend St Croix with a revo it probably basically floted with the current. Droped one like that but the tip of the rod stuck up a few inches and happened to retrive it. Jim
