This is a note for Elwood Lumpkins....Please moderators help keep this thread on the serious side:

Tell Crista I will be there on the 18'th. Call me today and tell me what time they are going to do the surgery. I have a meeting today and will tell my bosses that I'm taking off that day.

To all posters...It is with a very heavy heart I write this note.This is a matter of life an death. Can't lay it out no easier than that. He's fought a lot of battles since I have known him. This one though will be the big one. So on the 18'th, next Thursday, ask the man upstairs to pull him though this one....

Just want to say that, combined with all the prayers going up for you, your odds of recovery are getting better all the time. I'm betting my money on YOU.

Fear not for The Lord is with you; He WILL watch over you and keep you safe as you go THROUGH this surgery. Please know that you, and your family, are in our thoughts and prayers, daily.

I don't know Elwood but I know Billy and anyone that is a friend of his is a friend of mine. So I'll be asking for a little help from upstairs to pull this man through. See Bassin Bugs last paragraph.......
