First one i've caught, not only at bluegrass but anywhere. They arnt big yet, i'm guessing this ones 24in. or something, but they are very fun to catch, i can see why the guys up north get addicted to it.
Nice man!!!!! Make sure you call the dnr in the morning they want them all reported if possible. Btw. The co who checked us said sauger have been caught out of loon this spring. They aren't sure if they were released or came up the creeks.

Wonder why they put tiger musky in bluegrass, is there a shad problem?
Yeah, iduno if its anymore of a problem than other places in the state. I guess there just experimenting on bluegrass. We'll see if it actually cuts back on the number of shad. And i caught it on a lipless
For how small bluegrass is there are a ton of Shad. Was that you coming into the H as I was leaving Stevens?
I was on Loon, I like loon a little more but i do fish bluegrass pit too. Whats your boat look like? Ill keep an eye out

agreed. i catch my bigger girls out of loon too. and the muskie stocked in bluegrass are traditional muskie, not the hybrid tiger, right?
I've heard they are tiger Muskie but I am unsure of that.
the DNR report just said muskellunge, so i just kinda figured they were not hybrids..
