Guys we have some good, funny threads going on. I really enjoy reading them. I enjoy the ribbing also. Man needs that kinda stuff now and then. Hope noone takes anything I write personal. Just having fun. I'm just glad we don't have a bunch of Duke fans amongst us....
WAT...... you don't like Duke and coach K....? Come on now...great program and all in the ACC....... Seems to me i remember a vivid photo of a tall 6-10 player by the name of Christian Leattner hitting the clutch shot of the century against the Cats...lol And my beloved Hoosier's winning the 87 championship game with Keith Smarts baseline jumper over Syracuse....wooot wat ball games for sure.....:D

Always a Louisville native bringing up Christian Laettner (but since there is nothing to talk about for the Louisville Basketball team except where your coach is going or what Italian restaurant with the prettiest watresses work at, then I guess you are given a reprieve). You failed to mention 1996, 1997 and 1998 ...... and 2010. Laettner would not have been in the game in today's rule when he stomped on Aminu Timberlakes chest during the game wouuld have resulted in an ejection. The rule should be called the Christian rule. I will remind you about the other years I posted 1996 NCAA CHAMPS, 1997 NCAA RUNNER-UP (would have been the champs if Benedict Pitino played Derrick Anderson or Nazr Mohammed could hit a free throw the game never goes into overtime) either way Louisville was no where close to the final four, 1998 NCAA CHAMPS, 2010 UK is still in the Tourney (where are the Louisville Cardinals - Googling up a California Golden Bear wondering what bus they was driving when they got RAN OVER), and soon to be 2010 NCAA CHAMPS.
West Virginia will have its hands full with Washington and if they survive then will get killed Saturday by the Big Blue. Duke and Baylor play to see who goes to the final four and gets destroyed next by the Big Blue (hope it is Duke but would not surprise me to see Baylor win). Syracuse will have its hands full with Butler and then Kansas State and has the most difficult road. i think Kansas State comes out to face either Ohio State and or Tennessee. How weak is it when Tennesse is still alive and may be in the final four, I do believe when they played the Big Blue on a neutral site ????? in TN the last time they lost by 30. Kansas State and UK for the title and UK wins....
Well just to let you all know who i have / had in the final 4... Ohio State, Butler, Kentucky and New Mexico... Final game was a real shocker...Butler over New Mexico due to teh fact of Butler returning every player from last years awesome run team.....

Laettner should have been ejected from that game in 92'. Aminu mixed it up with Rasheed Wallace in another tourney game a year or two later if memory serves.

Regardless it was good stuff but I hated the outcome of that game.
Is Florida the only School to have back to back Championships in the recent past? Who else did it and when? I'm just asking....UCLA??
