You're probably right, but I'd like to know some more details. Mainly, was the teacher present in the classroom? If so, then he does share some culpability. It's a fact of life that teenagers are going to do moronic things; as a teacher you need to supervise them.

They are suing cuz they say the teacher didnt warn them of the dangers of electricuting himself. HELLLLLLOOOOOOO bozo you are in high school. You need someone to explain to you that attaching wires to your nipples and plugging it is is dangerous then you are a moron and an idiot and your parents are most definitely closely related.:eek: If these were little kids then they would need to be closely supervised but high school students which are most likely 16-18yrs definitely know better. You live in a society of greedy lawyers who like to sue and are taking advantage of this situation.:(

I did thinks nearly as stupid in school.........I LEARNED a lot about stupidity........Had I killed myself doing something stupid, my parents would have probably put that on my headstone.

And they'd be done with it. These parents, the lawyers, and society in general should wake up and understand that sometimes stupid stuff is done, and SOMETIMES stupid stuff leads to injury and death. While it is very serious, and sad, the ONLY ONE responsible for this is the MORON doing it. I don't even blame the kids in the class that "peer pressured" him into doing it, and they are the most to blame.

I wonder why the other kids involved in the prank were not named in the lawsuit.......you suppose because he HAS NO MONEY and therefore, it is not profitable for the lawyer to go after him??.......HM.
