hey guys, anybody have a report for Green? going on Friday fish for some bass, I called back on Nov 1st and ask the nice lady when they are going to start dropping the lake, she said the head office in Louisville told them they would pull the lake anywhere from Nov. 1st to Dec 1st, and as of today they haven't started pulling yet, will probably put in at Holmes
Bend , so any info would be appreciated thank in advance

Water was still nasty this weekend....hasn't seemed to affect the fishing a whole lot....have been catching a lot of bass right off the edge of a drop on a jig and shaky head....drops from 6 to 30 ft quickly....have also heard of people catching fish shallow....good luck to ya

Looks like they have started the drawdown. Down a foot since Monday.

Hey Downwnd, you are wright it is down a foot, but it's slowly going down, it was 674.4 for a long time and it went down .4 to 674 0ne foot below summer pool, 49 CFS is going through the dam, I think when they get ready to pull it will go to well over 1000 CFS, I go to this site about every day [url]http://www.lrl.usace.army.mil/wc/reports/lkreport.html[/url] I think 49 CFS is just enough to keep the water moving below the dam.

Fished in the tailwater today not a lot coming out of there.
drove over the river a few minutes ago and they arent drawing it down yet....it's down a foot from the lack of rain we've had....its been down a little for the past month or two
gonna go casting tomorrow,hopefully will be able to tell how to catch a couple tomorrow.hopefully.

Yeah yeah Mark we know that you all are off work tommorow....haha good luck out there....oughta get chuck and them to donate a lil money to ya and have a lil tournament
they have got a little gun shy of the private tourneys(ha-ha),some are headed to dale hollow anyways.i got some new jigs i wanna try so im mainly gonna just play.
my report aint good,fished 3 hrs till my back couldnt take it any more,water is really messed up in places,seemed worse near the dam .spent most of my time running looking for the better water,managed 3 small keepers on a shakyhead and green pumpkin zoom finesse worm.i didnt throw a crank or spinnerbait and couldnt buy a bite on ole faithful jig.i may go fish a while tomorrow and i will probaly try a little further up the creek,one way or the other.sorry i cant help any more than i have,but that green river lake.
