Whats up with the Ky fishing report section on this website. Some lakes havent been updated in YEARS!!! I used to trust this site for all my fishing report needs and it really seems to be a lost cause as of late. BRING BACK THE WEEKLY FISHING REPORTS!!!! Thanks. Adam
It just boils down to somebody being able to give the report on a weekly basis. The few lakes in the state that have guiding service on them will have weekly or biweekly reports on here, but the other lakes that don't have guides, don't get reports. Just ask here on the board, there is always somebody out on the water that you are curious about. Good luck.

I am sure Peter Malony would love to have some good weekly fishing reports from all the lakes but as has been said, it takes someone willing to write one that knows what is going on each week. If anyone knows someone that fits that shoe, talk to them and have them contact [EMAIL="[email protected]"][email protected][/EMAIL] . In the meantime, I noticed you have a total of 3 posts in your board count...when was the last time you posted a report on the site here after one of your fishing trips?

The Kentucky River was at 19 ft. and rising today. Water color was muddy. Lots of drift. Did not see anyone with a creel.

I just signed up for this site yesterday. Do more research before you start tryin to talk crap. And you said exactly what had already been said. Next time just save your time bro. Nobody wants to hear that crap. Good fishing to all and thanks for all the other responses.

Seriously? As far as doing more research, do you know that Dave Stewart is a well-respected guide (the best on KY Lake hands down) and did you notice he is a moderator to this site? I would seriously watch what I say to people on this site. You may be new, but keep that stuff up and you may never get read a fishing report on this site -- period. Just my 2 cents.
With that being said, we need reports to post reports. If anglers aren't willing to post them, then none can be archived.

My point was in your original post you said you used to count on this site for all your fishing reports needs....so I took it that means you come here and read the reports but never leave one....thus your count of only few posts. Was not trying to make you mad....was pointing out that we would appreciate reports from everyone, including you.

Dave when was the last time you updated you pic. on your guild site if I was looking for you at the ramp I would be looking for a young dark haired man, not gray headed and older. I read your report on a faily reg. bases for info on Ky.Lake and when I saw you last year giving the report on the flood I had to take a double take. HAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek:
The pic on my website is 10 years old..and I had grey hair then and was 52 years old...but your right, it probably could be updated...but people don't hire me for my pics.
