Re: September Muskies
I'm going to Green Saturday & have been wanting to catch a Musky. How are you catching them down there ??? I've never fished for them. I also tried Crappie fishing for the second time in my life Saturday. I ended up putting a limit of Largemouth together instead. My buddy caught all the Crappie & I only had 2 bites so I just went down lake & caught Bass. lol

Nice pics! Green in the Fall has been very good for Muskie in the past. I have lost a few baits to them while fishing for bass.

Re: September Muskies
I have a couple of baits that are supposed to be musky baits. One is a flat-sided crankbait about six inces long and the other is a Southbend Trophytail Jr in-line spinner. It has chartreuse hair on it. What do you musky guys think? Would these be good baits to throw for musky at Green?

Oh yeah! We've landed a few from the canoe and that was a lot of fun. I've hooked one from the kayak, but didn't keep it on long enough to land it and take its picture.
I have to stay in Frankfort for a few days coming up and I'm going to take my canoe with me and muskie fish the Kentucky River while I'm there.

Probably would be. I usually wind up throwing everything at them and see what they will hit.
