Six army battalions called up under emergency orders to meet growing threat on Egypt, Syria borders.
IDF has issued emergency call up orders to six reserve battalions in light of new dangers on the Egyptian and Syrian borders. And the Knesset has given the IDF permission to summon a further 16 reserve battalions if necessary, Israeli media reported on Wednesday.

 Somebody is about to have a very bad day....maybe six at the most.
This looks like dejavu all over again:
"The Six-Day War 1967, "War of 1967"), also known as the June War, 1967 Arab-Israeli War, or Third Arab-Israeli War, was fought between June 5 and 10, 1967, by Israel and the neighboring states of Egypt (known at the time as the United Arab Republic), Jordan, and Syria. After a period of high tension between Israel and its neighbors, the war began on June 5 with Israel launching surprise air strikes against Arab forces. The outcome was a swift and decisive Israeli victory. Israel took effective control of the Gaza Strip and the Sinai Peninsula from Egypt, the West Bank and East Jerusalem from Jordan, and the Golan Heights from Syria.
This has no billing right now on CNN, MSNBC, or Fox News.
Google "Israel Mobilizing Troops" and look at a lot of the results. Most are talking about how it's an internet rumor that started in March and has gained some legs....some sites are citing a spokeswoman for the Israelis that says there is no troop mobilization.
I'm calling internet rumor at this point.

Interesting...might want to take a gander at this.

That video clip is from RT News, or "Russia Today"....which has a rep of being a propaganda machine for the Kremlin and Vladimyr Putin....also has a rep for being a platform for conspiracy theorists.
Still nothing on any of the US networks, BBC, or Al-Jazeera websites.

Thank you, Mr. Obvious!! :p
Sorry Geo, just couldn't resist givin' you a hard time over that one... I mean, isn't saying "serious stuff" is about to happen in the Middle East kind of like saying that Bill Clinton is about to tell a lie? Or George Bush is about to put his foot in his mouth? Or Barack Obama is about to... well, I'll let you Republicans fill in the blank on that one, but you get my point.

Now do we believe?

F22's are in United Arab Emirates
http://www.jpost.com/Headlines/Article.aspx?id=268620
A US fighter jet F-15E Strike Eagle crashed on Thursday during a training mission in the United Arab Emirates, a US official said, but no one was hurt.
Add the battalions of ground forces lined up.
Me thinks:
1. US lead with Israeli Support about to make strike on Iran to stop nuc work.
2. Jets put there to prep for air attacks
3. Israel preparing to protect itself if Syria or Egypt sides with Iran and tries to hit them.
4. Israel knows that even if the goverments of Eqypt or Syria stay out of it, those borders are primes roots for terrorists to hit Israel from. In Egypt, root goes thru Sinai desert on southern Israeli border.
Just my best guess of course.
OK maybe. But I think if it happens, it will be Israeli led with the US formally staying out of it, but covertly providing support, or at least facilitating.

Nope.
Only the US can drop Super Bunker Buster bombs........Israel does not have a single aircraft that can drop it.....So if it happens, the US will be completely involved.....COMPLETELY.
