A lot of debate can be made all over sports. Who's team is better, which player is better and so on but when it comes to College Football the SEC is the best conference year in and year out hands down. The Oregon Ducks are loaded with talented underclass men look like the only team that might derail the SEC from the National Title in the near future
I'm sure the fact that the SEC has been dominating the championships had alot to do with the playoff system that's coming in a few years.
i know the talk was already there but I believe it was accelerated by having two SEC teams playing for the championship.
This ain't even a game...
ROLL **** TIDE!
Purdue grad here and thus I just can't root for the Irish. ROLL TIDE!!
Bama Baby, Bama grad here. 28-zip at half time. RollTide!!
Funny thing is when the "play-off" system begins you might have two teams from the SEC playing for a national championship for many years to come.
The last time I saw an azz whipping this bad was the 2009 Billy Westmorland Tourney!!!
If Dandy Don Meredith was alive he would have been singing for somebody to turn out the lights the party's over at the end of the first quarter

Agreed, if it was an eight team playoff this year at least 5 and maybe 6 of those teams would be SEC; Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Florida, Texas A&M are definite and probably S. Carolina. Notre Dame, Oregon and maybe Kansas St. would be the others. Oregon would have been the only non SEC team with a chance to make it to the final game but they could not have held up against Bama or Georgia in the later stages of a game.
I was nervous for the longest time that Bama would have to play Georgia in the final. From what I saw of their play they were the only team who could had beaten Bama in a Nat'l Championship game.
RollTide!!

Thanks Don!
First, ND has no reason to hang their heads, they had a great undefeated season and played for the championship. They handled themselves with true class from the coach right down to each player. Congratulations to them, they truly deserve it.
Bama's O line root hogs helped Lacy and Yeldon dominate, and McCarron played as good as I've ever seen him play. Every time ND locked in on the run, Bama would sting them with a pass play. I don't think ND had been hit with a sledgehammer like that this season, and it showed.
I jumped out of my seat on Lacy's spin move when he had 3 defenders converging on him near the goal line. Sick, just plain sick.
Saban said he'd be happy for a couple of days, and it's back to work for next season. Dang dude you already had a thousand gallons of gatorade dumped on you coaching in college, splurge and take 3 or 4 days off.
And how about McCarron's girlfriend? Dayum son!
If they'd just kept the camera on her during the entire half time show, the TV ratings would've gone up 10 points.
I thought I was watching an NFL team there for awhile.
Wow my hat is off, Bama is a great college football team. I was impressed as all get out of that Lacy, he's a horse with cat like moves.
Also the highlight of the game for me was the constant sideline panning of McCarron's girlfriend.....
DANG DANG.................DANG, Hot is not strong enough.................DANG
Jim wasn't trying to copycat, just seeing your post, LOL. Great minds think alike bro. Beautiful girl.....
That was a beatdown of epic proportions. I didn't see that coming. I was really looking forward to seeing Bama's O line against the Irish front seven, but that battle never materialized. Alabama took it to them in every facet of the game.
On another note, did you see McCarron's girlfriend? Holy smokes, it is a good gig being the qb for the Tide!
