    College football

It's finally here. How does everybody think it all plays out? I think the C.A.R.D.S. go 11-1 (loss to Cincinnati) and end up about #10 or 12 in the final rankings.

I would take WKU and the points and possibly look for an upset. If uk has a good season poops I mean stoops leaves and goes to another school.

I also think the Irish have another good year.

Not trying to start a huge fight just excited to watch a little football.

I think Alabama is over rated and over confident. But I'll be pulling for them anyway.

    Roll Tide!

Louisville with one loss and in another BCS bowl game. Kentucky does not meet all the Stoops hype, its just to early and nobody turns a team around overnight despite the insane expectations for this team, kind of unfair to the players I think.

Indiana has a good offense and no defense. I to think Bama is a little overrated time will tell.

And yes, thank the Lord finally a real sport to watch on television. Golf, baseball and Soccer.............SMH, bores me to almost tears!

Go SEC !!!! Alabama, LSU, Gators, Georgia.....all good teams and I think the gators may be playing one of the toughest schedules this year.
Kentucky will be fun to watch since I can go to the tailgating parties.

For the first timein the history of PJCS, I will not be in my seat in Sec. 223 for agame. It looks like I am going to only make two games the whole season due to mywork schedule. My seat will be manned most games by my future brother-in-law. I still kep it because hopefully next season my work schedule is different, plus the chance to see them play teams like Miami, VA Tech, Florida St. and Clemson will be worth it.I will make the prediction right now, as long as he doesn't get injured, Teddy Bridgewater wins the Heisman this year.

Already two good games in the books with Miss beating VAndy 39-34 and Fresno nipping Rutgers by one in OT 52-51. I strongly dislike conference games as openers but it happens in the SEC like every year. Cards will run it but not get a sniff for the title game. UK with another 4-8ish season. IU will check in 5-7. They put up a bunch on powerhouse Indiana State last night!

Here here brother! Somebody else mentioned it, but Vandy and Ole Miss got things rolling with a battle royal down in Nashvegas last night. I'm bleary eyed today because I couldn't turn that one off.

Looking forward to Georgia and Clemson throwing down Saturday nite.

Your gators got a cupcake this weekend, but after that it gets murderous. Except for Ga Southern there ain't no gimmies, just a procession of bad asses that'll be trying to bust y'all in the mouth.

Bama better not listen to the sports talking heads and get to thinking it's all a cake walk, or VT'll hand them one in the L column. Beamer will have a plan, and a team that's fired up and ready.

No way Va Tech has anything for Alabama. This year is the beginning of the end of the Beamer era in Blacksburg. Now don't get me wrong I'd like to see "team SEC" take one on the chin in the opener but it's not going to happen here. Oklahoma state vs. Mississippi State would be the likeliest scenario. I'd take LSU -4.5 over TCU all day if I happened to be in Vegas this weekend.

Western really looked pretty good in their win over UK. I wonder how long Bobby Petrino stays?

I think about two years two build up a good winning team a then WKU and HAF had better come up with some good money to keep him.
