It's probably a little stressful and takes a bit of a toll on your personal life when you're thrown into the media spotlight for two years straight like he was...demonized, talked about 24/7 by every talking head, wannabe civil rights activist, internet message board rambo, President, and street thug between Jersey and Compton.
You don't get a not-guilty verdict after all of the hullabaloo that surrounded this trial and then just resume normal life. The dude's life is pretty much ruined. If he wasn't whacked in the head before, he probably is now.
