None, it will create some temproary jobs but then they disapear. Any tax benefit is negligible, all this natural gas liquids will be piped to the gulf and then exported to China. There is no benefit to Kentucky and this company has a pretty bad safety record. Property values will go down anywhere this pipeline runs.
There should be some type of tax or royalty that Kentucky would receive based on how much volume is pumped through the state with part of that money then being distributed to the local counties impacted by it.
